Brand strategist for D2C and tech brands in India.

Your product is good. The reason to remember it is missing. I work out what the brand should stand for, then make the films, reels and posts that say it, so one person holds the idea from strategy to the last caption.

Quick answer

Divyansh Rawat is a brand and content strategist in Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR. He sets the brand positioning and messaging for D2C, consumer tech and B2B brands in India, then plans and makes the product films, reels, posts and blogs that carry it. Content he has made has drawn 22M+ views across 25+ brands.

What does a brand and content strategist do?

A brand is what people say about you when you are not in the room. The content is how you get them to say it. Most small brands make content first and hope a brand appears. I do it the other way round: decide what the brand should be known for, then make everything say that.

I did this from the inside at ProX PC, a B2B AI hardware company. I joined as a videographer, was promoted to Content Manager within a year, and now run strategy, publishing on every platform, the website, blogs and email while managing a designer. A workstation reel I made there reached 948K organic views with no ad spend.

How does Divyansh build a brand?

  1. Listen. Who buys, what they believe today, what stops them and what the competitors all say. I read your reviews, your comments and your search results before I read your deck.
  2. Position. One sentence on who the brand is for, what it stands for and why anyone should believe it. If it cannot be repeated by a customer, it is not finished.
  3. Voice and messaging. The words the brand uses and the words it never uses, with examples for a caption, a script, a product page and an email.
  4. Content system. Three to five pillars, the formats for each platform and a weekly rhythm your team can keep up without burning out.
  5. Make and measure. I write, shoot and edit the first set of films, reels and posts, then read the numbers each week and change what is not working.

What do you get from a brand strategy project?

  • A one page positioning and a messaging sheet in plain language.
  • A content system: pillars, formats, a four week calendar and a shoot plan.
  • Product films and reels, shot in my studio, built around the positioning. See product videos across India or in Delhi NCR.
  • Social, blog and email copy written in the same voice, with SEO built in.

What results has his brand work delivered?

Content I have planned and made has drawn 22M+ views for 25+ brands, including Pro Wolf, Nothing, Panasonic Lumix, Sensodyne, Wipro and Kapiva. Browse the work, see the content strategy that carries a brand, or read how I think in the Brand and Marketing posts, like why Indian D2C brands look the same on Instagram.

Questions brands ask

What does a brand and content strategist do?

A brand and content strategist decides what a brand should stand for and who it speaks to, then makes sure every video, post, page and email says the same thing. Divyansh Rawat does both halves: he writes the positioning and messaging, then plans, shoots, writes and publishes the content, so the idea is not lost between a strategy document and the final caption.

How is this different from hiring a branding agency or branding consultant?

One person holds the brand idea from the first call to the last post. There is no handover between a strategy team and a production team, so the positioning shows up in the scripts, the shot list and the captions. The trade-off is scale: this suits founders and small teams, not a 30 person rollout.

Which brands is this for?

D2C brands, consumer tech and gadget brands, and B2B hardware or software companies in India that have a good product but no clear reason for a buyer to remember it. It also fits teams that already post every week and want the posts to add up to one brand.

What do I get at the end of a brand strategy project?

A one page positioning (who it is for, what it stands for, why it is believable), a messaging sheet with the words to use and avoid, three to five content pillars, a four week content calendar and a shoot plan for the first set of videos. Production of the videos, reels and posts can follow in the same engagement.

How much does brand strategy cost?

It depends on how many products, platforms and videos are involved. Divyansh scopes each project after a 15 minute call and quotes a fixed number for strategy, with production priced separately or as a monthly retainer.

Can you work with an early stage brand with a small budget?

Yes. A small brand often gets more from a sharp positioning and one well made reel than from a large calendar. The first call is about where the money should go first.
